Physical: Physical fitness requires both a proper diet and proper exercise. Participating in our karate classes is a great start.

         Diet: Add to your training proper nutrition and you will reap a greater reward. Here are some recommended books on Nutrition.

            1.) Prescription for Dietary Wellness by Phyllis Balch 2.) Eat To Live by Joel Fuhrman  3.) Super Immunity by Joel Fuhrman.

         Exercise: Also add walking, jump rope, cycling, yoga, or other activities to you weekly schedule.

Spiritual: Physical exercise profit man little in compassion to the study of God's Word, the Bible. Have a daily Bible devotional and continue to work on Scripture memorization. This is a wonderful source for emotional and mental health.
